Serverless Days Cardiff 2024

Wales' premier developer led community event returns with a packed agenda.

There is an exciting line up of talks, including keynotes from Emily Shea (Head of Serverless GTM, AWS) and Massimo re Ferrè (AWS Director, Next Generation Developer Experience). We have some fantastic stories from organisations like Aviva, DVLA, Safe Citizens and Legal and General. For the first time we will hear from the Cabinet Office on why they chose to use serverless on AWS in building One Login, a mission critical scalable login solution to be used by every citizen of the UK when accessing Government services.

We also have some of the most famous household names (AWS Heroes and AWS Community Builders) passing on their wisdom including Yan Cui, Luc van Donkersgoed, Sarah Hamilton and Luke Hedger.

And there's more ... we also have a meet and greet with Sheen Brisals and Luke Hedger with free copies of their “Serverless Development on AWS” book to give away.

Finally, we have the return of the AWS Serverlesspresso stand serving the best coffee in Wales provided by Hard Lines Coffee. This will be manned by AWS staff such as Julian Wood and Michael Hume.
