Build Once, Deploy Many: From Commit to Customer

Reliable software delivery depends on auditability and reproducibility. Untested changes and non-deterministic deployments increase risk. This talk walks through our build-once, promote-many approach for a multi-component monorepo, in which product artifacts are versioned, traceable, and reused across environments. We show how the monorepo supports coordinated changes while separate product and infrastructure versioning allows them to evolve independently. You will see how GitHub and semantic versioning tools support trunk-based development and controlled releases, and how an artifact store preserves artifact integrity from development to production. The result is a reproducible delivery pipeline that supports multiple environments, automated releases, safer rollbacks, and approval gates.
