What is AWS Cloud & My Journey as Freelancer
Abstract: Hi folks. In this session, I'm speaking about what the AWS Cloud is. I'll explain my journey as a freelancer as well. So it is super beginner-friendly. Feel free to join :)

Bio: I'm super passionate about solving complex problems with code. Since 2017, 1 work with AWS. I passed my AWS Solution Architect Professional exam in 2019. Since 2021 I am an independent freelancer. Working together with startups sparked my desire to go onto my own startups journey.

Title: Essential Laws of Community Building
Abstract: In this talk, I will explore the essential laws of community building, focusing on key principles that drive engagement, growth, and collaboration within tech ecosystems. As a community manager at xgeeks and a Community Builder more broadly, I'll share insights from my experience, emphasizing the importance of involving stakeholders, making the right connections, building strategic partnerships, and delivering strong value propositions. The goal is to provide practical strategies for cultivating vibrant, collaborative tech ecosystems.

Speaker: Fábio Sampaio
Bio: Fábio is the Community and Communication Manager at xgeeks and was recently one of the organizers of KCD Porto. He is also a Community Builder and serves as the main organizer of several meetup groups across Portugal. In addition to his work in the tech industry, Fábio is a PhD Candidate in Economic Sociology. Before transitioning to tech, he worked as Researcher and Research and Project Manager on several scientific research projects at Center for Social Studies at the University of Coimbra.
