Details about the presentation

What makes an AI agent tick? Behind every capable agent sits a "harness": the orchestration layer that drives the agent loop, calls the model, picks and runs tools, passes results back, manages context and memory, and keeps the model on track toward a goal.
In his talk, Frank demystifies the agent harness by comparing how this Concept shows up in three very different places: first, AWS Kiro, second, the Hermes Agent - two ready-to-use AI agents that each ship with their own harness. And third, the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore harness, a managed harness from AWS that turns the harness components into a running, production-grade agent, with compute, memory, identity, networking, and observability handled for you.
