AWS User Group Laos is hosting a Meet-up event and workshop on Cloud Computing technologies, with the objective of promoting knowledge sharing, exchanging experiences, and developing Cloud/DevOps skills among students, educators, and IT professionals in Laos. This Meet-up aims to provided practical and accessible learning opportunities while building a stronger network for tech communities.

Objectives:

• Promote knowledge sharing and skill development in Cloud and DevOps for students, educators and IT professionals in Laos.
• Provide practical Cloud Computing content that participants can apply in real-world situations, rather than focusing on product promotion or sales
• Create a networking and learning space for students, developers, and IT professionals in Vientiane to connect, exchange experiences, and learn from peers and mentors
• Contribute to the development of Cloud-skilled talent in Laos by reducing barriers to access, including providing free learning opportunities, delivering sessions locally and in person, and presenting technical content primarily in Lao for easier understanding
• Build a sustainable technology community by establishing a strong local network that can continue organising regular learning activities and future meetups
