EKS workshop
Hosted by Kenneth A.
Details
We’re excited to do two hands-on workshops that focus on Amazon EKS, one of the most powerful and scalable Kubernetes services on AWS.
Today’s sessions are designed to give you practical, in-depth experience with two critical aspects of running modern applications on Kubernetes using EKS:
- IAM Permissions for Workloads on Amazon EKS In this workshop, we'll explore how to securely manage IAM roles and permissions for your containerized workloads. You'll learn how to grant fine-grained access using IAM roles for service accounts (IRSA),and EKS pods identity
- Application Deployment in Amazon EKS using ArgoCD and ACK In our second session, we’ll take a closer look at GitOps-style application delivery using ArgoCD, and how to manage AWS services directly from Kubernetes using AWS Controllers for Kubernetes (ACK). By the end, you’ll know how to declaratively manage and deploy your workloads and infrastructure the Kubernetes-native way.
Both workshops are hands-on, so make sure your environment is ready and you need a laptop. Kindly register for the EKS workshops at
