Dr. Gugan is a DevOps Institute ambassador, lead author of SRE practitioner and Observability courses, and a prominent speaker at international events. Currently, at Amazon Web Services, she serves as the Chief Technologist for the Middle East and Africa and is a Digital Identity evangelist for the Public Sector. Recognized for her contributions, she was honored with the "Woman of Excellence" award by the Government of India for her pioneering work in Technology Innovation and AI.
