About the speaker: Mohammad Al-Affat is a Tech Lead based in Damascus who leads the building and shipping of production mobile and backend systems with Flutter, Node.js, and Laravel. He has led engineering teams through Flutter migrations, containerized deployments with Docker, and CI/CD pipelines on GitLab, working hands-on with AWS (EC2, S3) for hosting and delivery. He also founded and leads Kernel, a student tech community at Damascus University that has trained 2,000+ students through structured software, DevOps, and security tracks.

نبذة عن المتحدث: معاذ عثمان مهندس برمجيات ومعماري أنظمة بخبرة تزيد عن عشرين عاماً في بناء وقيادة المشاريع البرمجية. يعمل حالياً في Cypress.io، حيث يركّز على التطبيقات السحابية، وتجربة المطورين، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي العملية. قاد فرقاً هندسية ودرّس علوم الحاسوب على المستوى الجامعي.

نبذة عن المتحدث: يعمل محمد العفات كمهندس برمجيات شامل (Full-Stack) وقائد تقني مقيم في دمشق، ويتخصص في بناء وإطلاق أنظمة الهواتف المحمولة والواجهات الخلفية الجاهزة للإنتاج باستخدام Flutter وNode.js وLaravel. قاد العديد من الفرق الهندسية خلال عمليات الانتقال إلى Flutter، ونشر التطبيقات باستخدام الحاويات عبر Docker، وبناء مسارات CI/CD على GitLab، إلى جانب خبرته العملية في خدمات AWS (تحديداً EC2 وS3) للاستضافة والتسليم. كما أسس ويقود مجتمع "كيرنل" (Kernel)، وهو مجتمع تقني طلابي في جامعة دمشق درّب أكثر من 2000 طالب عبر مسارات منهجية في تطوير البرمجيات وDevOps والأمن السيبراني.
