Serverless security - Workshop

Before we take a break for the summer we wanted to wrap up with a hands on workshop.

This time we will learn techniques to secure a serverless application built with AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway and RDS Aurora. Covering AWS services and features you can leverage to improve the security of a serverless applications including IAM, code, infrastructure and monitoring.

All that is required is that you have an AWS account and a laptop for running the material. We have plenty of credits provided by AWS for you to use so that you should not incur any costs even if your free tier has been used up.

There is far more than an hour or twos worth of material, so we can continue the conversation in our Slack group.
