1st Talk: What I Did Not Build: An Agent in Production on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
38 percent of organizations are piloting agentic solutions. 11 percent run them in production. The gap is rarely the model.
The agent loop itself is a weekend of work. Runtime, deploy path, memory, tool wiring, retrieval and guardrails are the project, and that is where pilots die. I walk through four build-or-buy decisions in a partner sales agent I run on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, what I deliberately did not build, and where managed was the wrong call.
