LANA KALASHNYK
Lana is a Principal Blockchain Architect and a Global Partner Technology Lead at Amazon Web Services. While at AWS, Lana led the creation of the Blockchain Partner Program and the technical incubation of the Blockchain Partners in multiple industries. Prior to AWS Lana has over 12 years of lead engineering positions launching innovative solutions for bourgeoning startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Session Description:

"Organizations increasingly use blockchain and ledger technologies to improve transparency and accuracy of their transactional data, and to cut costs by removing traditional intermediaries. In this session, we will explore how you can use Amazon Managed Blockchain to improve traceability of supply chains, and Amazon Quantum Ledger Database to build cryptographically verifiable systems of record."

As a Global AI & Machine Learning Evangelist, Julien focuses on helping developers and enterprises bring their ideas to life.

Prior to joining AWS, Julien served for 10 years as CTO/VP Engineering in top-tier web startups where he led large Software and Ops teams in charge of thousands of servers worldwide
