SPEAKER 3 DeepLens Demo by Oisin De Conduin.

AWS DeepLens was announced at re:Invent 2017. It is a video camera that runs deep learning models directly on the device (using Greengrass). This presentation will show how to deploy an object recognition neural network from Sagemaker to the Deeplens device. Then we can use Lambda and AWS IoT to trigger events based on the different objects detected. The deep integration with the AWS ecosystem makes it very easy to get up and running with DeepLens and deep learning algorithms.

Oisin De Conduin is a Solutions Architect with an AWS Consulting Partner in Dublin.
