AWS Gold Coast regular meetup - Application Security 101 (Paul McCarty)

Our next AWS Meetup will be held online using Amazon Chime and Twitch and Paul will be talking about how to add some basic layers of application security to your build process.

This is applicable whether you are using traditional compute client server application models, or newer container or serverless models.

Too many people think that AWS will do it all for you, but even if you are running a serverless stack you still need to make sure your code and application are secure. We will talk about things like http headers, content security policy, application scanning and a lot more.
