In celebration of **Pride Month**, **BuildHers+** proudly presents "*One Voice, One Vision: Pride Stories Building Tech's Tomorrow*" – an online gathering that amplifies the diverse voices shaping our industry's future. This event promotes inclusivity, visibility, and solidarity for underrepresented groups in tech, particularly women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and allies.

We believe that when we unite our individual voices around a shared vision of equity and representation, we create the foundation for a more inclusive tech landscape. Through powerful storytelling, meaningful dialogue, and community connection, this event will showcase how personal journeys in tech become catalysts for industry-wide transformation.

**Manuel James Morillo** is a Cloud Operations Engineer at Accenture Philippines, specializing in cloud infrastructure management, automation, monitoring, and security within Amazon Web Services (AWS). A proud DOST scholar, he graduated *Magna Cum Laude* with a degree in Information Technology from the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) Manila in 2023. James is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, identifying as a cisgender homosexual man and using he/him or they/them pronouns.

**Vince Austria** is a BSIT student, academic researcher, and advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech. With a background in IT infrastructure, security consulting, software assessment, and industrial programming, she balances her technical expertise with community leadership. Vince has collaborated with organizations like Pride PH and AWS BuildHers+ PH, and her award-winning research and advocacy work aim to create inclusive spaces that empower underrepresented groups in technology.

**Precious Grace Deborah S. Manucom** is a Computer Science student at PUP Manila and the current President of DEVCON Manila. A DOST-SEI scholar, she is actively involved in multiple tech communities, serving as Director of Programs for AWS Cloud Club – PUP Manila, Program Manager Head for AWS Cloud Club Philippines, and Chief Data and ML Associate for GDG PUP. Her leadership in initiatives such as Elevate & EmpowHer and Code Camp Manila reflects her dedication to inclusive, learner-centered tech ecosystems.
