Monitoring for Amazon Bedrock & Nova

Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Nova model enables you to build AI powered applications and when they are running in production, this can encounter errors or even simply a better visibility into how the model is performing is important. In this session, we will look at why monitoring is the key for AI applications and when using Bedrock with applications, how AI monitoring gives you insights not only about errors but also AI model performance.

Automate LLM Training & Deployment w/ SageMaker Pipelines

This talk will demonstrate how to automate the entire lifecycle of a Large Language Model (LLM) using Amazon SageMaker Pipelines and AWS DevOps services. It is based on a hands-on workshop I recently developed and facilitated, where we fine-tuned a LLaMA2 model, orchestrated model registration, and automated deployment using a CI/CD pipeline built with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeCommit.

Key takeaways include:

  • Building an automated MLOps workflow for LLMs
  • Using SageMaker Pipelines for dataset preparation and model fine-tuning
  • Registering and deploying models using SageMaker Model Registry
  • Integrating AWS DevOps services for seamless CI/CD
  • Best practices and lessons learned from implementing real-world LLMOps
  • This session is ideal for developers, MLOps engineers, and cloud practitioners who want to bring structure, repeatability, and automation to their LLM training and deployment lifecycle.
