Xenia is an entrepreneur, author and the Principal of Alexa Real Estate, an Adelaide-based agency she founded nearly 20 years ago. Before entering real estate, Xenia worked as a scientist in vaccine research in Australia and Canada.

She is a Director of the Ayn Rand Centre Australia and, in 2026, graduated from Ayn Rand University, receiving her certificate at OCON in New Orleans. She writes extensively on reason, individualism, human flourishing and the ideas that shape a free society.
