With the New Moon approaching—a natural time for rest, renewal, and inward listening—I’m offering a free online New Moon Yoga Nidra practice on Sunday, February 15th from 7.00-7.30pm.

This guided practice is designed to support deep rest, settle the mind, and help you reconnect with a quiet, steady presence beneath the surface of daily life.

If your system has been craving stillness, simplicity, and gentle nourishment, this practice is a beautiful way to receive it. I would love to have you join us.

In alignment with the new moon time, there will also be a little time for release of what weighs on us and aligned intention setting for the weeks and months ahead.
