Join me on the first Wednesday of each month for a 30 minute guided breath and meditation practice.

Pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation practice are a key part of an Ayurveda lifestyle. Each practice will be guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda to align us with the messages of each season and/or lunar phase.
