Join us virtually for an immersive journey into the art of Pranayama, a cornerstone of Ayurvedic wisdom and yogic practice.

This 4-part series is held every other Tuesday in 90-minute sessions designed to deepen your understanding of breathwork and its transformative effects on body, mind, and spirit.
Dates are Jan 21, Feb 4, Feb 18, and Mar 4.

Each session will focus on two of the eight Ayurvedic-recommended Pranayamas, culminating in a comprehensive integration of all eight techniques by the end of the series.

Through interactive discussions, and guided practice you will gain:

  • Insight into the intention and benefits behind each Pranayama.
