The California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine (CAAM) hosts a free monthly online program called Chai with CAAM which is open to the public. The topic for October is "Optimal Application of Dinacharya Practices" with Amaranth Matthews.

Description:
Amaranth Matthews is a recognized expert in Ayurveda, Jyotish, and Pancha Karma. He has spent the last two decades studying and practicing these sciences in the US and abroad. He weaves information from all three when working with clients to assure their return to optimal health.

He recognizes that dinacharya, daily routines, while typically recommended for all regardless of state of health, is best applied with consideration of one's state of imbalance.

In this month's webinar he will expand on that concept and support you in making the best recommendations for your clients and, even, for yourself.

Chai with CAAM usually take place the 3rd Monday of the month at 6pm PT in case you'd like to mark your calendars.
