We are excited to offer this wonderful community class taught by one of our special kirtan leaders. It is a Kundalini Yoga format, followed by relaxing kirtan and gong meditation.

All levels are welcome. Class is donation based.

Seva has been leading yoga classes for more than a decade. After receiving his teaching certification from Seven Centers Yoga in Sedona AZ, he began sharing classes back in Omaha, NE at several different local studios. In 2013 he moved to Arizona and began studying Bhakti Yoga, which he has practiced regularly ever since. His classes are both energizing and wonderfully relaxing, with sessions concluding in a gong meditation and kirtan.
