Calling all Google Maps Local Guides! Let's Meetup to improve our area on Google Maps. Photo walks, small business exploration, map editing, tips & tricks for more impactful contributions, and racking up those sweet Local Guides points. Whether you're a brand new Level 4 or a veteran Level 10, being a Local Guide doesn't have to be a solo mission; let's get together to help make the Valley shine on Google Maps.

Scottsdale Photo Walk & Business Update

Ahead of the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction and the Waste Management Phoenix Open, let’s make sure the businesses in the immediate area of the events are in tip-top shape on Google Maps. Thousands of visitors will descend on this area in January and February. We’ll walk the Mall and get updated photos, videos, and edit business details.

We’ll meet at Panera to gather and grab some coffee. We shall depart at 8:10 am sharp. If you miss the start time, just look for folks wandering around taking pictures of buildings and say hi!

BRING ALONG

– Cell phone w/Google Maps updated and ready to rock
– Comfy shoes & any walking aids. The plaza is about .8mi long
– Scooter, skateboard, bike, or unicycle to make your trek easier
– Sunglasses, water, and a light jacket (it’s Arizona winter)
