This presentation will focus on usability testing, which is a UX research method. Gathering feedback from users is essential if reports are to be user-centered and effective. Also, it allows us analysts to grow by learning what works best in practice.
Aleksandra will explain why testing reports with users is beneficial and crucial. She will walk you through how to conduct usability testing step-by-step by the book, as well as how to do it in practice, when we usually don't have the possibility to perform full usability testing.

Aleksandra is currently a Power BI Developer in a consulting company. She has created reports for areas such as CX/UX, service center and manufacturing. In her work, she places a strong emphasis on the visualization layer to deliver engaging and user-friendly dashboards. Her interests focus on the use of storytelling and UX/UI techniques in analytics work.
