ASW Clubhouse Photo Exhibit Show

We are having Our Own Clubhouse Photo Exhibit Show.
We are going to Show Our Selves Off
Oct. 17th 2009
From 10am to 2pm

Join us in the trill of being part of a
Photo Exhibit Show
You will be able to say that you had your photos displayed in an Exhibit. How Cool!
See how it feels to have people say Wow while looking at your photos.

We are inviting friends and family.
We will also be handing out flyers to the public.
We will be serving coffee and iced tea, as well as free mini muffins to the first 50 people that attend.

We will be asking visitors to answer a questionnaire evaluating our exhibit (such as proposed prices, we can not sale directly from the Clubhouse)
You can hand out cards or make other arrangements with someone who would like to buy your work.
These questionnaires will enter the visitor in a prize drawing.We will have door prizes every hour (The prizes will be 5x7 photos matted in a 8x10 frame donated by each participating member)

To participate in our show we ask a $10 donation for each space. The space is approximately 2 feet by 4 feet. You can hang as many prints of whatever size you choice that can fit in your space(s).
We have a total of 45 spaces to use AND ONLY 24 SPACES LEFT.

To reserve your space or spaces you need to get the donation to KC or Jerry by the DEADLINE of Oct. 3rd.. Email me to enter and reserve a space and arrange payment.

The day of the Show we will be meeting at the Clubhouse starting at 7am to arrange the hanging of the prints. Each member is responsible for hanging their own prints.
We ask participating members to volunteer with tasks thought out the day.
