Get ready for a festive evening of fun, friendship, and holiday cheer at the Hilton by Hampton in Carefree! This multi-group event promises a lively crowd and plenty of seasonal spirit.
👗 Dress Code

• Men: Jacket and tie preferred. If you don’t own a jacket, a festive Christmas sweater is perfectly acceptable (Goodwill often has great finds for around $40).
• Women: Dress to impress in your holiday best! Let’s keep it classy and celebratory.

🏨 Venue & Accommodations A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton by Hampton in Carefree. A booking link will be provided soon and will expire on December 1st. We encourage you to book a room if you prefer not to drive at night, want to unwind after the party, or simply wish to support our generous hosts. Affordable venues are rare, and their hospitality makes this event possible!
🍰 Food & Drinks Light snacks and desserts will be catered. A cash bar serving beer and wine will be open from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please note: no outside alcohol is permitted in public areas such as the bar, lounge, or outdoor patio. We’ve opted not to reserve a private meeting room so we can focus donations on other festive touches.
🎁 Activities & Volunteers We’ll be hosting either a White Elephant Gift Exchange or a Saran Wrap Party Ball. Volunteers are welcome to help with activities, food coordination, or greeting guests—your support makes the magic happen.
🍽️ Dining Options Nearby Want to grab dinner before the party? Within walking distance, you’ll find three excellent gourmet restaurants: Athens, Venues, and Keeler’s Steakhouse. Other nearby options include Giordano Trattoria (yet to be tested) and the casual Tox Bar/Speedy Burger for a laid-back bite.
