✨The taste of Venezuelan Christmas, made by you

Join us to celebrate one of Venezuela’s most beloved traditions: Hallacas — the dish that officially opens the Christmas season in every Venezuelan home.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare 100% vegan Hallacas, from the flavorful guiso (filling) to the traditional wrapping in banana leaf.
We’ll chop, simmer, wrap, cook and enjoy together — with plenty of history, sazón and festive spirit.

No experience needed — just curiosity, good vibes and a love for cooking something unique.

~ Traditional guiso in a plant-based version
~ Flavoured corn dough
~ Wrapping in banana leaf
~ Cooking + final tasting
~ A surprise dessert

... and you still get to take home an hallaca (or two! it´s up to how hungry you are!)!

~The workshop language will be mainly in portuguese (or portunhol9, but we also speak english and spanish (of course!). Let us know your preferred language below, so we can prepare in advance!

~ All ingredients are plant base / vegan and whenever possible organic/bio.

~All ingredients are naturally gluten free, but due to the possibility of cross contamination, it's not recommended for celiacs or cronic intolerances. Other types or allergies, please let us know in the form below.
