Power app and virtual agents
Details
Power Apps is a suite of apps, services, connectors and data platform that provides a rapid application development environment to build custom apps for your business needs. Using Power Apps, you can quickly build custom business apps that connect to your business data stored either in the underlying data platform or in various online and on-premises data sources (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and so on).
Power Virtual Agents lets you create powerful chatbots that can answer questions posed by your customers, other employees, or visitors to your website or service.
These bots can be created easily without the need for data scientists or developers.
Some of the ways that Power Virtual Agents bots have been used include:
• COVID-19 infection rate and tracking information
• Sales help and support issues
• Opening hours and store information
• Employee health and vacation benefits
• Common employee questions for businesses
