Session 1:
Speaker: Farhad Saradji
Title: Windows 365: VDI as a Service
Windows 365 was introduced in 2022 as the cloud PC: just click a button and you have a desktop to work with. Is it really that simple? In this talk we will see what Windows 365 is and how you can set it up. Parts are taken care of, but you still get a lot of flexibility for configuration. Through demo's and real-world scenario's we will see what choices we need to make and what use cases we have. And let's not forget the price! At the end of this talk you will know more about the basics of Windows 365 and if it is the right choice for you. If so, you will be able to start for yourself straight away.

Session 2:
Speaker: Andre van den Berg
Title: In-place upgrade of Windows Server running in an Azure virtual machine (VM)
In the session, I will be discussing in-place upgrades for VMs running Windows Server in Azure. This process allows for the upgrading of the operating system of a virtual machine to a newer version while keeping all applications, data, and settings intact. I will cover the prerequisites for in-place upgrades, including the compatibility of the operating systems and the available disk space. During the session, I will discuss best practices for in-place upgrades, including taking backups, testing the upgrade in a non-production environment, and monitoring the upgrade process. Finally, I will discuss post-upgrade tasks.
