Identity in the Cloud by Jon Lester

Identity and Access management can be a challenge, especially when we begin to decompose our architectures into cloud-hosted Microservices. We'll delve into a variety of topics, including Authentication and Authorization, Federation, Delegation, and protocols. But it won't all be 1's and 0's. We'll also discuss more practical matters to help you make the best IAM decisions for common architectures in Azure.

Jon will be presenting remotely from Charlotte.

Jon Lester is a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, and specializes in helping technology companies build secure, multi-tenant software in Azure. Prior to Microsoft, he worked for over 15 years as an engineer for several technology startups and systems integrators.
