Dapr, Rudr, Porter & OAM - New OSS projects by Sowmyan Soman Chullikkattil

An overview of recently announced open-source projects (OAM, Rudr, Porter, and Dapr) for developing and deploying cloud-native applications. This session will walk you through on how to get started with each of these projects with a combination of presentation and live demos.

Sowmyan's Bio:
Sowmyan is a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) at Microsoft under One Commercial Partner (OCP) division. His day to day work is mostly interacting with Microsoft Partners and helping them to build Solutions using Azure Services.
In Azure, he focuses on App Development using Cloud Native Apps and Serverless Technologies. This includes Azure Functions, App Service, API Management, Messaging services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Service Fabric, Azure Container Instances & Service Fabric.
