This experience gives you 10 practical ways to deal with stress so that you can face life with ease. We will cover what to avoid, what to include, and how to take control of everyday situations that cause stress.

This experience is conducted in ENGLISH and is FREE of charge!

Following government guidelines with regard to the Corona-virus, this experience will be conducted ON-LINE instead of face-2-face.

This means that you may log into the Experience via your PC, laptop, or mobile device through the link that is shown below. You will then be able to participate via video and audio from the comfort of your home. You may be asked to download the app if you are logging in from a mobile device. Please do so in advance.

Attendance is limited to 9 people (including the host) so that we can have the interaction that is so important in these experiences.

We will resume face-2-face experiences once things have settled and it is again safe for everyone.

Should you feel that you'd rather wait for the face-2-face experience, please cancel your attendance. This will allow others on the Waiting List to join instead.
