Are you afraid of being scrutinized, judged, or embarrassed in public? Are you afraid that people will think badly of you or that you won’t measure up in comparison to others? Do you feel anxious in public situations? Do you want to reclaim your life and be more confident and comfortable in social situations?

This workshop will help you overcome and deal with these feelings of anxiety!

You will learn what causes social anxiety and what the signs & symptoms are. You will also get practical tips on how to overcome your fears so that you feel more comfortable and confident in social situations.

This is an ONLINE experience. This means that you need to log in via your PC, laptop, or mobile device through the link that will be shown after you register. You will then be able to participate via video and audio from the comfort of your home. You may be asked to download the app if you are logging in from a mobile device. Please do so in advance.

Attendance is limited to 10 people so that we can have the interaction that is so important in these experiences.
