Hi BUG!
This month we are delighted to welcome Laurent Gilbert from Unity to talk about the latest in DOTS and Multiplayer in Unity 2022 LTS! These systems are the core of the future of Unity and are something every Unity developer should be learning and using. This talk will be exceptionally useful so don't miss it!

---

A lot has happened over the last few months to enable creators to build more ambitious multiplayer titles in Unity engine. The newly released Unity 2022 LTS contains exciting new capabilities: first, the remaining piece of DOTS (Data-Oriented Technology Stack) that wasn't fully released yet, namely ECS (Entity Component System), is now fully supported in production for all platforms! This brings creators a wide range of new possibilities with Unity engine. Second, Unity is now offering a complete set of creative tools and live services from casual co-op to competitive action games, which allow you to build, launch, and scale your multiplayer titles! This is a lot. Laurent will walk us through what it means in production, how to reason about choosing those new technologies, where to get started, and what to expect in the future!
