The 2019 Grilled Cheese Festival is taking over The Shack for an event like no other! This amazing festival will feature some of the area’s best restaurants & food trucks serving up their amazing Grilled Cheese creations at $2 a sample. Get ready for live entertainment (cover bands & DJ’s), Axe Throwing Trailer, Bloody Mary & Orange Crush Bar, VIP Area inside The Festival Center, Bloody Mary Bar & rivers of Orange Crushes!

The Grilled Cheese Festival is located in the heart of Virginia Beach at The Shack on 8th Street. This festival will take place on August 10th and 11th for an amazing weekend celebration! Check out some of the additional awesome details of what we have in store…

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET $9.99* (Early bird price & limited) 1PM-8PM

TICKET VOUCHER SYSTEM & BEVERAGES
~ All food related items will work on a voucher system with stations located throughout the festival grounds. Purchase your Grilled Cheese vouchers ($2 a voucher) at any of the stations and then simply exchange them for Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup, Mozzarella Sticks, Nacho’s and more! All vendors will offer one voucher Grilled Cheese samples ($2) with a very select few offering some high-end fancy pants samples (Mac & Cheese, Bacon Burger etc) and more.
~ All alcohol & beverages will work on a cash & credit system. There will be ATM’s on site but highly encourage cash sales to expedite the overall process.

KIDS TICKETS
~ This event will be fun for the whole family & children 10 & under are FREE!

GRILLED CHEESE & TOMATO SOUP CHUGGING CONTESTS
~ Signups are coming soon with prizes & bragging rights awarded for 1st – 3rd place!
