Tattoo Hullabaloo @ Scope Plaza 🥁

Tattoo Hullabaloo is a free festival at the Scope plaza that kicks off each Tattoo performance. I've never been, so I thought I'd check it out. There should be a drumming demonstration at 1pm, but not sure what else will be there. I'll post. description of where I'm at when I get there.
