Global Running Day on the ERT 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Global Running Day is on June 4th, and several running groups in the area and the Elizabeth River Trail are putting on a group run at Smartmouth Beer in Norfolk. Gathering starts at 6pm and the running starts at 6:30pm. They'll have routes for 3 miles, 5 miles, and a family 1 mile.

The plan is to try and gather before the run, then everyone run your own mileage and pace, then we'll meet up after and hang out for a bit at Smartmouth. I'll post a description of where I'm at when i get there. More info about the event can be found at the link below:
