Drupal Cambridge Presentation Evening - Mon 28 Apr 2013, 7pm Cambridge Brewhouse

The theme for this month's meetup is "Symfonising with Drupal 8: Becoming part of the Orchestra". We will be having a joint meetup with our friends from PHP Cambridge. DrupalCambs members please RSVP here.

Come along to the Cambridge Brewhouse to meet local people from the Drupal and PHP community. We're meeting upstairs in the Locker Room at 7pm for a 7:30pm start.

Drupal and Symfony - Will Hall
Will's presentation will be an introduction to the new concepts and ideas of Drupal 8. As you may already know that Drupal 8 core has started using some Symfony Components to replace some parts of the core system. The presentation will cover the main ideas behind Drupal 8 with Symfony components and why it will both be an improvement for Drupal and PHP as a whole.
