Sunday Supper at Balsan (3 courses for $29)

Sheryl, acting event organizer, is hosting a Sunday Supper, family style dinner at 6:00 P.M. for 8 diners at Balsan Restaurant (https://www.balsanrestaurant.com) in the Elysian Hotel. This is a fixed price (prix-fixe) dinner for $29.00. Adding tax and tip = $38 (excludes drinks).

The menu changes every Sunday at the Chef's whim (Be a bit adventurous!)

Arugula with celery root and apple, chicken liver mousse, short
rib with carrot and rosemary, salmon with leeks and meyer
lemon, potato with onion and bacon, cabbage with apple and fig,
maple macaroon with maple ice cream and pecan
