October 19, 2017, 6 - 8 pm - Poetry, Politics, and Pozole - Through the coming together of spoken word, political realities, and pozole—traditional Mexican stew served as a celebratory dish—we will celebrate the richness of community in Southern California. We will highlight the diversity, strength, and sense of place, both geographically and politically, that make us a community.
