Rock up & Row - learn to skiff/row nr Runnymede, Staines POSTPONED TO 21ST MAY

If you've ever fancied learning a fun new sociable sport that's great for both your core and your wellbeing, then come along and try out skiffing.

We''ll show you round our boathouse and get you on the river having a go with a coach who can guide you on what to do. Its free and we'll give you up to 3 free sessions before we ask you to join the club.

Let us know you are coming and then come along with soft comfortable clothes suited to the weather but without zips or rivets on the trousers and we'll do the rest.

We'll have two sessions 10:30-1pm and 3-5pm and we'll open the bar and have music in the garden or clubhouse and you can meet the others. It'll be a blast!
