POWER ANIMALS ~ MEDITATION EVENING with Kat Day & Co
Welcome to the Starlight Soul Hub! Bristol’s newest spiritual community group set up and run by Kat Day and her amazing team of volunteers!
OUR MISSION: To build a strong, heart-based community so that every person involved will experience Love in their lives to enrich, empower and enlighten.
The concept of the Power Animal or Animal Spirit Guide has its roots in Shamanism and Native American traditions. Animals can help us in our inner worlds. They protect us, guide us, mirror lessons for us, and help us to stay in contact with our natural sense of what feels right, wholesome and safe. They can always be trusted, will come when we call, track us when we stray, energise us when we are fatigued and help us to heal at deeper levels. They are recognised by the Light in their eyes and their joy at being found by us and invited into the journey of our lives.
Inspired by the popular book `Animal Spirit Guides’ by Steven D. Farmer, Kat will guide us in meditation on a wonderful journey to meet and gain important messages from our Animal Spirit Guides. This meditation is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators alike. Come with an open mind and an open heart and you will not be disappointed!
ESSENTIAL DETAILS:
· Venue: Bristol Subud Hall, 29 Wesley Place, Clifton, BS8 2YD. Please note: there is no wheelchair access at this venue.Bristol Subud Hall has free parking on the streets nearby, and is within a few seconds’ walk of the top of Blackboy Hill, which is served by buses from the city centre and is easily accessible from junctions 17 and 18 of the M5.
· Date & Time: Tuesday 7th April 2015, 8pm-9:30pm. Doors will open at 7:45pm to allow plenty of time for you to arrive and settle in before we commence promptly at 8pm.
· Essential items to bring: your own bottle of water for refreshment. A notebook and pen to record your experience. (Documenting your session, as a personal record for yourself, can help give clarity to any messages or symbols you might receive during the evening.)
· Booking is essential. Simply “RSVP” or contact Kat direct by phone or email to confirm your attendance.
· Cost: only £6.00 per person (payable in advance).
· Terms & Conditions: Immediate payment by BACS/cash/cheque at the time of booking is required. You will be contacted by email to arrange your chosen payment method. All payments are non-refundable, but are transferrable to another person provided you organise the transfer and inform Kat of this. You must advise of any special requirements at the time of booking.
