After running this workshop successfully twice in Berlin and more often in Melbourne and Stockholm, it is about time it is offered in Ramallah to get them started in programming using Python - no prior knowledge required. So if you are interested to learning programming hands-on and with amazing coaches around, using the great PythonTurtle workshop we've prepared for you (http://opentechschool.github.io/python-beginners/en/index.html), please sign up. And yes, it's free.

You will need to bring your own laptop in order to participate with a python 2.7 installed. If you have a recent Mac or Linux, this is pre-installed, you are covered. If you are running Windows, please install python from here (http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.7.5/) and make sure it is in your path, too (http://docs.python.org/2/using/windows.html#excursus-setting-environment-variables).

Because the number of seats is limited, it is important that you only sign up if you definitely plan on coming (and do so, too!). If you can't make it for any reason, please cancel your attendance on Meetup right away so your someone on the waiting list can take your place. Thanks!
