CNPS Catalina Island Trip

The tour will depart from Avalon with stops at several distinct 'exclosures' which highlight the importance of plant conservation, before taking lunch at the Airport in the Sky (DC3 gifts and grill). The afternoon will include stops on the windward side of Catalina to view coastal sage and bluff scrub habitats and associated rare species. A final stop at the Ackerman Native Plant Nursery in Middle Ranch where guests can learn about the Conservancy's seed conservation and restoration programs.
