Summary: Come Learn the Ancient Art of Rug Weaving -Starts October
Details: Among the earliest known weavers of oriental rugs, Armenians have made significant contributions to this ancient art form for thousands of years.

Come join us on Thursdays beginning in October for a four-week beginner?s rug weaving class by master craftsman Hayko Oltaci, who is kindly donating his time and atelier to impart the ABCs of rug weaving, including vertical weaving techniques (knotting, warp, weft) and the beginnings of design.

Class Dates: 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1
Time: 7-8:30PM
Cost: $40 (for materials; cash only)
Location: 857 Lexington Ave. (at 65th St.), NY, NY 10021

Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. All are welcome!
