Tampa can get boring - but ya just gotta get out and ride sometime. Why not come out and ride with us on what has been the groups signature ride? Setting it back up to be weekly on Wednesdays.

This is not a race but a ride at a social pace with re-grouping as needed.

LIGHTS ONLY Ride. Meet up at Four Green Fields (http://www.fourgreenfields.com/) in Tampa for a night time ride through some of the nice neighborhoods of South Tampa then on to Bayshore for a quick ride out to Ybor. Depending on how the group feels - we'll go out for a loop on Davis Islands or Harbour Island. Take a break in Ybor for a slice of pizza and/or some refreshments and head on back to Four Green Fields. The parking lot is behind the pub, but can get full fast - you may want to park at the Publix on Platt St (http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=publix&near=Tampa,+FL&fb=1&cid=27941761,-82459475,7715569998516166893&li=lmd&z=14&t=m) or in the lot NE of S. Plant Ave and W. Platt St to avoid any hassles with the pub owners or Publix. One or more of us will ride back and forth between the two.

*LIGHTING EQUIPMENT [§316.2065(8)] A bicycle operated between sunset and sunrise must be equipped with a lamp on the front exhibiting a white light visible from 500 feet to the front and both a red reflector and a lamp on the rear exhibiting a red light visible from 600 feet to the rear. Additional lighting is permitted and recommended. $35 fine if the police care to be friendly. As always, helmets are highly encouraged, and iPods discouraged (HEADSET NOT TO BE WORN [§316.304] A cyclist may not wear a headset, headphone or listening device, other than a hearing aid, while riding.)
