This will be the first meetup for Raspberry Pi DC. I will be presenting a project of mine that is somewhat completed/still in the works concerning a home security system I have rigged up. Hopefully, this will get the ball rolling for other people to present ideas or projects that they may have. Nothing has to be 100% complete. This meetup is all about people that love tinkering with the Raspberry Pi so any and all types of projects are welcome.

The location will be the Difference Engine office. Below are directions on how to find the office by way of metro or driving. If you any questions at all, please email the group or post it on the meetup. Hope to see everyone there!

Metro:

Difference Engine is located on top of the North DuPont Metro exit (Red Line); exit towards Q St.

Driving:

There are a number of parking structures in the area. We recommend 11 Dupont Circle NW, underneath the Books-a-Million. Parking is $12/flat, open until 11pm, and a quick 3 minute walk to the entrance of our building.

Once there:

There is a call box located at both the front (main) door facing 20th street and back entrance (PNC parking lot). Press the button for Learning Objects and you will be let up to the second floor.
