WHAT IT IS
Our regular online get-together to talk about what's happening and what's important in education now.
Every week we share and receive resources, ideas and experience as we meet like-minded friends and strangers from around the globe.
These events focus on small group conversations on big and important ideas in education. Our goal is to foster sharing of resources, learning from each others perspectives and getting to know each other to form new professional relationships and support networks.
SIZE
We endeavour to have real conversation so that we can actually get to know each other and expand our networks. For this purpose, we will limit each event size to a number that can participate in a quality conversation on zoom.
TOPIC
Each week will feature a short sharing of research relevant to a forward looking issue in education. This sharing will act as a provocation to get discussion started. Our conversations can go wherever the group wants from there.
VENUE
These meetings are all online using zoom, to encourage building of familiarity between members from around the world.
To keep the meetings secure for our meetup members, the zoom address will be sent out before the event only to members who have registered.
