Chris Boehm, CFO and EVP of Corporate Development at Education Corporation of America. Previously a Managing Director for over 10 years at Willis Stein & Partners. Jim Bland, HCP, one of the first private equity funds to re-enter this market with the acquisition of the Career Training Academy in February 2012. Jason Rosenberg, Principal at Sterling Partners, a growth oriented private equity firm with a long history of successful investing in the education sector, and recent acquiror of the Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in January 2013. The event will be hosted and moderated by Charlie Rose, an education industry lawyer at Drinker Biddle & Reath in Chicago and Washington, D.C. and the former general counsel at the U.S. Department of Education.
