Redesign or Realign? Four things to consider to improve your website

Details

When our websites start to look a little out-of-date, are missing the 'next-big-thing' or we're hearing more concerns than congratulations, we're often tempted to blow the whole thing up and start over. But that takes up a lot of time and typically costs a lot of money.

On September 11th we'll look at some techniques and ideas to help us assess where our sites are at and how we can make improvements in the most cost-effective manner. The four areas we'll cover are:

One website to rule them all - stop that mobile app plan and learn how responsive design brings your site to any phone, tablet or desktop. Testing with users - tools to help you find the small usability changes that might make a big difference. Priorities over personalities - a simple matrix you can use to make sure that your project priorities are in line with your users' needs. Winning robot love - using data standards to make your content easier to share and find for robots and humans alike.
