A proper users' telemetry is critical in a DevOps process and as part of the Application Lifecycle Management: it enables the development team to get a meaningful insight of how the application is used and where are the critical 'hotspots' in our system.
Application Insights is what Microsoft offers for closing the loop, feeding this information back into the Product Backlog and ready to be implemented in a next incremental release of our product.
